“Cheat Week”

Crazy week coming up? Well, here’s the meal plan for you! Featured here are some home-cooked meals that won’t create a lot of waste in your fridge, and don’t involve a lot of prep in the evenings. Each of these nightly menus have less than 30 mins of work before serving (ok the roasted chicken takes longer…but you can always sub a store bought rotisserie chicken for that if you haven’t the time to roast your own). These are some tried and true favorites and all are super delicious!!
